If there's a racist website with a message board or forum, one can almost guarantee that "Exterminance", better known to his friends, family (those few that he still maintains some contact with), and co-workers at the Fort St. John restaurant where he once worked as a dishwasher as Bill Noble, is among the regular posters. Bill is a fixture on the Stormfront and VNN forums as well as the now defunct Western Canada For Us (WCFU) forums, and has attempted to become a moderator on some of these forums (though he has become the moderator of a racist website whose webmasters are based in Prince Edward Island as well as his own forum that was once linked to the Aryan Guard website). Though Noble looked like he was trying to become a player, it is because of Bill Noble's presence on the world wide web, and not for his own significant participation in the racist movement for which there was little to no evidence of due to his relative isolation in a small community in northern British Columbia, Canada, that this entry had been created. His move to Alberta allowed him to become more of a player as Edmonton had a significant bonehead movement at the time and the Aryan Guard formed in Calgary in late 2006 which finally allowed Noble to be part of some sort of movement (even if the leader of the Aryan Guard was involved in a sex scandal with photographic evidence). This entry can also be viewed as a case study of the typical character found amongst the racist right.
Bill Noble, born April 8, 1976, lived the majority of his youth in seclusion in the British Columbian wilderness near Lillooet Lake. His parents, whom Noble has referred to as hippies, lived what can be described as an alternative lifestyle, residing with their children (Bill has at least two sisters, one of whom is in a relationship with an First Nations man) in a trailer in relative isolation. Noble was also home schooled until he was a teen, though his parents eventually enrolled him in high school.
Now, put some tall skinny kid who has been isolated from people his own age for much of his life - which could only have limited his social skills considerably - and whose family might be considered weird into a high school and one can quickly establish that Noble would fast become a subject of ridicule and abuse. This is apparently what happened, as Noble was mercilessly bullied throughout high school. To this day Noble, who has admitted on sites such as Stormfront that he cannot fight, is concerned with the idea of being the subject of a physical attack; he claims to carry a knife with him for protection.
For not being able to live a "normal life", Noble came to resent his parents. He had not had contact with either of his parents, who now appear to be divorced, for a number of years though he does have his father as a facebook friend. He still is in contact with his sisters, but is afraid to come out of the closet to them regarding his racist beliefs.
Noble spent a number of years experimenting with various ideologies (he claims to have been a Muslim and a Buddhist at one point, but now says he's agnostic) until he finally decided he was a racist:
It's hard to say just when I really woke up; for me, it was a long, slow, gradual process, and I can't even recall the first time I considered the possibility that just maybe the racist perspective was worth considering, instead of reflexively condemning it as I was trained to do. And even after I did consider it, I was a fence-sitter for the longest time. But, gradually I came to understand the key role played by the Aryan race in the creation and maintenance of civilized society. I came to see two directions that humanity could move in: back to the animals and wilderness we emerged from - or forward to the stars. Now I can't look at a starry night sky without thinking "I must have millions of my children on all the planets around those stars!" The alternative, fading back to savagery and senescence, is an abhorrent notion to me. And I see no third alternative, no "steady state" to society - like the 81st Precept of David Lane states, "Nothing in Nature is static; either the life force grows and expands, or it decays and dies." So. Forward is the only option I see, and "forward" means saving the authors of civilization, the Aryan race, from the destruction being wreaked upon it.
When reading many of his posts in Stormfront, VNN, or his own blog, one will note Noble's slavish devotion to David Lane's Eighty-Eight Precepts and the Twenty-Five Points of National Socialism. However, Noble has a few ideas of his own as well. In response to a thread in Stormfront entitled, "Europeans will die out in 200 years" Noble posts the following:
I recommend a three-step plan:
1) Nightfall. In which all racially aware Whites retreat to the far North, especially in Canada and Europe. We wait and watch as Jews and White lemmings alike are eaten alive by the rising tides of darkness, and civilization itself succumbs to savagery - hence 'Nightfall', as darkness swallows everything.
2) Sunrise. With no Jews to forbid us or teach us to hate ourselves, we advance and reclaim old territories, dealing with savages as savages are meant to be dealt with - and I don't mean dishing out welfare checks.
3) The Day of the Rope. Only a society with absolute dedication to proper justice can hope to prevent the lunacy of Liberalism from once more taking hold and making a mess like today's, with open doors for all immigrating aliens, and criminals having more rights than their victims.
I plan to take a wife and retreat to the forests of the North-West Territories. I shall build a log cabin for myself and my wife, and some greenhouses; and then I shall build more log cabins, and invite other WN couples to join us. Bring Peltin wheels and Alaskan sawmills. Strive, survive, succeed!
Take a wife? Who the hell talks like this? Yes ladies, believe it or not, Bill is single, though you could hook up with, as he has posted his profile on an online dating site and seems to be actively seeking for someone to love and to hold on the Stormfront forums (check it out for the pure entertainment value it offers the reader). He actually managed to snag his Eva Braun when he moved to Edmonton, but it didn't last and Noble was once again an Abbot without his Costello.
Actually, the above quote highlights the fantasy world Bill Noble has created for himself. You see, if his plan to move up north to start his own little Elohim City doesn't work out, he does have an alternative plan; Antarctica or Mars. The following was posted in Stormfront under "Building a Bunker for RaHoWa" in the Stormfront Canada forum:
A harsher environment forges a harder people. The White race was forged in the womb that was Ice Age Europe. The two most appealing lands for White colonization are, in my opinion, Canada's Far North and Antarctica?.
[In response to Dankorp's question, "Antartica......what the crap? Explain."] Cold environment, sparse resources. It'd be a real trial to hack a civilization out of that wasteland... on the easy-breezy side, we shouldn't have to worry about too much non-White immigration?
[In response to Dankorp's question, "Just out of curiosity, how much research have you done on antartica???".] Just basic reading on it. Temperatures get down to -80 Celsius; most food sources would be near the shore (penguins, seals, fish, etc.) other than what we could grow in greenhouses.
I think colonizing Antarctica would be great practice for preparing to colonize an inhospitable planet such as Mars.
Suffice it to say, some of the other posters were somewhat embarrassed by Noble's post, a sentiment summed up in the following message: "It might also be a good plan to keep ideas that would make 99.9% of the population question your sanity to yourself."
Noble's other postings are also enlightening, if less amusing, such as his admiration of a mass murderer:
He shot at Flynt? After the Day of the Rope I say we build a 500 foot statue of Joseph Paul Franklin [Joseph Paul Franklin, who in the late 70s and early 80s engaged in a campaign of race-based homicides and shot porn king Larry Flynt].
Man, when I think of the goings-on at my place of employment... it'd be nice for someone like Joseph drop by for lunch.
I need to stop being Nice and start being more, um... Orderly [a reference to Robert Matthew's terrorist group, the Order.]
In the above quotes, one will notice a reference to the infamous, "day of the rope", a phrase popularized by William Pierce in his novel, The Turner Diaries. Noble claims not to advocate violence (he has stated that he has never read Pierce?s book and is not familiar with what Pierce intended to mean when he wrote of the day of the rope). Given how deeply Noble has immersed himself in the racist movement, and given he has a hand drawn picture on his blog of one of the punishments he would mete out on this day of the rope (hanging certain classes of "criminals" with their own intestines), To us, this is a tad disingenuous.
As stated, Noble isn't a significant player in far right circles. However, he did add an interesting footnote in the case of Matt Hale who was recently convicted of trying to have a judge who ruled against him in a trademark suit murdered. Hale was convicted in part due to the testimony of Tony Evola, Hale's former bodyguard and a police informant. Noble, posting as Exterminance in the VNN Forums posted the address and phone number of Anthony Evola from outside Chicago, "In Case Anyone Wants To Say Hi" Of course, Evola was inundated with threatening messages that were left on his answering machine. The problem is, this was the WRONG Tony Evola (http://www.splcenter.org/intel/intelreport/article.jsp?pid=791).
Althought the original post has disappeared, Bill posted a follow-up in the VNN Forums:
I posted the address, having copied it from a post in Stormfront's 'lounge' only minutes after it appeared there. Apparently the original poster got it from Google. I really should have asked him about his sources before relaying the info.
Some of the harrassing callers most likely originated from viewing my posting of the info. Think I should phone up the innocent Mr. Evola and apologize, or should I just let it go and let him get some peace?
Hmmm, we wonder how that conversation would go, Bill.
In fact, Noble appeared to be styling himself as the next Fuhrer, his idol, as he has posted pictures of himself sporting a Hitler moustache as well as an actual shrine to Hitler. In fact, Noble was trying to recruit skinheads in the Fort Saint John's area for his own racist group with no success, although he did catch the attention of the BC Hate Crimes division that resulted in a raid on his apartment. Noble left BC and moved to Edmonton, Alberta and met with local boneheads such as former Western Canada For Us leader Glenn Bahr and Nathan Touchette, both of whom he lived with for a time. When the Aryan Guard movement in Calgary began he moved to Calgary.
Things seem to be looking down for Noble these days. On March 4, 2006, a thread on Stormfront notified readers that he arrested and charged with violating the hate statutes of Canada. In 2008 he was sentenced to four months in jail, three years probation, and his computer was ordered seized and destroyed by the Crown (what we in the US would call Feds). He was released after serving half of his prison sentence. In our opinion, it all couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!
In the interest of full disclosure, we should note that Noble has also taken an interest in little ol' us. He has made the claim (untrue) that posting the addresses and phone numbers of known racists is intended for the purposes of committing crimes against them. Noble's "OPP Watch" where he takes screen shots of posts in the forums, post them on his site, and analyses them, has been a source of amusement for a number of the members. Noble has been trying very hard to "expose" OPP as a violent organization. As part of his evidence he cites a post by former OPP forum member Jeff Huxton. Ironically, Jeff Huxton himself soon was exposed as a racist troll.
