We have received credible information that Bank of America's home retention department out of Houston, TX group is erroneously sending personal account information to other Bank of America customers that should not be receiving it. We would like to find out if this is a widespread situation, so if are a Bank of America customer, please let us know if you have received paperwork with someone else's name on it, but with your address.
